Public Works Act 1981

Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Williams Street, Manawatu District

Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN48D/682 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Stopped and Vested—Motueka Valley Highway, Ngatimoti, Motueka

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that:

(a) The area of stopped road firstly described shall become esplanade reserve, pursuant to section 345 (3) of the Local Government Act 1974, and shall remain vested in the Tasman District Council.

(b) The area of stopped road secondly described shall, pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL75/82, subject to all existing encumbrances.

Declaring Land to be Road, and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Gilbert Road, New Plymouth District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TN72630, subject to pipeline easement certificates 165781, 264304 and 270025, subject to transfer 397005 and easement instrument 5619604.2 and subject to mortgage 5658504.3.
