Civil Aviation Rules—Notification of Ordinary Rules
In accordance with section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice of his intention to make ordinary rules in the following Civil Aviation Rule Parts:
Omnibus Rule Project, minor amendments to various rule parts to address editorial, grammatical and minor technical issues (NPRM 05-07, Docket 3/CAR/4).

Part 63—Flight Engineer Licences and Ratings.
Part 65—Air Traffic Service Personnel Licences and Ratings.
Part 66—Aircraft Maintenance Personnel Licensing.
Part 77—Objects and Activities Affecting Navigable Airspace.
Part 91—General Operating and Flight Rules.
Part 92—Carriage of Dangerous Goods.
Part 101—Gyrogliders and Parasails; and Unmanned Balloons, Kites, Rockets, and Model Aircraft – Operating Rules.
Part 103—Microlight Aircraft – Certification and Operating Rules.
Part 104—Gliders – Operating Rules.
Part 105—Parachuting – Operating Rules.
Part 119—Air Operator – Certification.
Part 121—Air Operations – Large Aeroplanes.
