Land to be Set Apart for Conservation Area—
at Arthurs Pass
Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand,
declares that, an agreement to that effect having been
entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this
notice is hereby set apart for conservation area, subject to
the Conservation Act 1987, and shall vest in the Department
of Conservation on the date of publication of this notice
in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road in the Vicinity of Double Bay Road, Port
Levy, Banks Peninsula District Council
Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the
Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from
the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly,
Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of
road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped
and amalgamated as follows:
(a) That the area firstly described shall be amalgamated
with the land in Computer Freehold Register 162475,
subject to all existing encumbrances.
(b) That the area secondly described shall be
amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register
162477, subject to all existing encumbrances.
