Road Realignment—Pearson Road, Whangarei

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in
the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of
this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3),
amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register
NA123B/788.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to
this notice to be taken, under section 119, and shall be
amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register
NA123B/788.

Right to Drain Stormwater Easement in Gross Acquired—State Highway No. 25, Whitianga, Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works Act
1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land
Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the easement described in
the Schedule to this notice is acquired over the land of
Stephen Graham Fisher (“the grantor”) upon the terms and
conditions described in the Fourth Schedule of the Land
Transfer Regulations 2002 and shall vest in the Crown (“the
grantee”) for use in connection with a road on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
