Pursuant to section 31B of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance gives notice of the publication of the financial statements of the Crown for:
• the seven months ended 31 January 2005, on 11 March 2005.
Copies of these financial statements are available:
• for inspection free of charge at the National Library of New Zealand, Auckland City Library, Wellington Public Library and Canterbury Public Library;
• for purchase at branches of Bennetts bookshops; and
• through the internet at:
http://www.treasury.govt.nz

Broadcasting Act 1989
Notification of Revised Code of Broadcasting Practice
Pursuant to section 22 (1) of the Broadcasting Act 1989, the following notice is given.
The Election Programmes & Advertisements Code (August 1996 edition) has been revised to take effect from 1 April 2005.
Submissions from broadcasters and political parties were sought during the process.
The revised election programmes code can be viewed on
www.bsa.govt.nz
or a free copy can be obtained from the Broadcasting Standards Authority, P.O. Box 9213, Wellington.

Civil Aviation Act 1990
Civil Aviation Rules—Notification of Ordinary Rules
In accordance with section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister for Transport Safety hereby gives notice of his intention to make the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules:
Part 93—Special Aerodrome Traffic Rules and Noise Abatement Procedures – right-hand aerodrome traffic circuits and Paraparaumu aerodrome special aerodrome traffic rules (NPRM 05-02, Docket 4/CAR/9).
Consequential Amendments
Part 1 – Definitions and Abbreviations
Part 71 – Designation and Classification of Airspace
Part 91 – General Operating and Flight Rules
Comments on the proposed rule should be submitted to the Docket Clerk by 22 April 2005.
Details of Notices of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) are published in the Civil Aviation Rules Register Information Leaflet (CARRIL) dated 7 April 2005.
