Remuneration Authority Act 1977

Appointment of Chair and Members of the Remuneration Authority

Pursuant to section 5 of the Remuneration Authority Act 1977, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, makes the following appointments:

David Oughton
to be chair of the Remuneration Authority for a term commencing on 7 March 2005 and expiring on 31 July 2006;

Michael Wintringham
to be a member of the Remuneration Authority for a term commencing on 7 March 2005 and expiring on 9 May 2007;

and

Angela Foulkes
to be a member of the Remuneration Authority for a term commencing on 7 March 2005 and expiring on 8 September 2005.
