Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993

Declaring General Land to be Included in a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court,

3 MARCH 2005

the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be included in the existing Māori reservation in respect of the land known as Puketapu E, which was set apart for the purpose of burial grounds, papakainga, recreation ground, fishing ground, bathing place, place of historical interest, horticulture and silviculture for the common use and benefit of the Puketapu Hapu by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 January 1982, No. 7, page 275.
