Acquisition of Land for Sewage Treatment Plant

Purposes and Road Realignment—Pit Street,
Putaruru, South Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert
Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for
sewage treatment plant purposes and shall vest in the South
Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall
remain vested in the South Waikato District Council.

(c) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the Third Schedule to this notice to be road and shall
vest in the South Waikato District Council.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and shall remain vested in the South
Waikato District Council.

1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land
Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the land described in the
Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for scenic reserve
purposes, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1991,
excepting coal and other minerals remaining in Computer
Freehold Register WN248/170 not acquired by Proclamation
4017, and shall vest in the Wellington City Council on the
date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and vested in the Crown for defence
purposes on 1 April 2005.

(c) Pursuant to section 50, sets apart the land described
in the Third Schedule to this notice for the use, convenience
and enjoyment of a road to be vested in the Wellington City
Council on 1 April 2005.
