Road Realignment—State Highway No. 45, Taungatara, South Taranaki District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which,
pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway
and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the severance
described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken
and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold
Register B2/1040, subject to certificate 227250 and mortgage
460388.2.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portion of road adjoining or passing through the land
described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped
and, pursuant to section 120 (3), shall be amalgamated with
the land in Computer Freehold Register A3/422 subject to
certificate 227250.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 119, declares the severance
described in the First Schedule to this notice to be taken and
shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portions of road adjoining or passing through the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be
stopped and shall remain vested in the Crown subject to Part
IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.
