Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which,
pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway
and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to
an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the
land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is
acquired for use in connection with a road (segregation
strip) and vested in the Crown;

(c) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares the land
described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart
for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and
shall remain vested in the Crown;

(d) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule
to this notice to be taken, pursuant to section 119, and shall
be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold
Register SA46A/20, excepting all minerals, mineral oil, gas,
metals, coal and valuable stone under the surface of the part
Section 8, Block I, Te Tumu Survey District herein and
reserving always to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons
lawfully entitled to work the said minerals, mineral oil, gas,
metals, coal and valuable stone a right of ingress, egress and
regress over the said land and subject to a water supply right
created by easement certificate H588917.3

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.
