Land Transfer Act Notice
Notice is hereby given that Computer Freehold Registers will be issued in the names of the applicants for the parcels of land described below, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, unless a caveat is lodged forbidding the same before the 11th day of April 2005.
Application No.: 6287299.4.
Applicants: Kenneth George Roddis and Denise Estelle Roddis.
Land: Parts of dried stream bed of the Ngarua Stream; shown as parts of Lots 1 and 2 on a plan lodged for deposit being LT 336046. The parts of the dried stream bed adjoin Lot 2, DP 53865 currently comprised in Computer Freehold Register SA45C/453.
Circumstances: The applicants are the owners of Lot 2, DP 53865 (SA45C/453), which adjoins the Ngarua Stream. The applicants claim ownership of part of the dried stream bed to its centreline and have applied to me for the issue of Computer Freehold Registers.

Land Transfer Act Notice
I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicants, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below. Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before the 14th day of April 2005.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 196 square metres, more or less, being part of the land now shown as Lots 2, 6, 9 and 10, Land Transfer Plan 341046. The land is part of the former bed of the Hapara Stream.
Circumstances: The applicants are the owners of Lot 1, DP 9514 and Lot 4, DP 9736 (Computer Freehold Register GS6C/1486) which adjoin the stream and they claim ownership of part of the former stream bed to the centreline.
