the point of commencement at Matakaoa Point.

(2) The geographical co-ordinates set out in subclause (1)
are expressed in terms of WGS84 datum.

Explanatory Note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate
its general effect.

This notice, which comes into force on 18 February 2005,
imposes a ban on taking shellfish (including rock lobster
and kina) from an area at Hicks Bay for a two-year period
from 18 February 2005 to 17 February 2007.

It is similar to and takes over from a previous notice that
imposed a ban on the taking of shellfish in the same area
from 8 February 2003 to 7 February 2005.
