Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the easement on the 19th day of March 2005, if no objections have been received before that date.

Circumstances:

(1) Easement 176921.1 has become redundant insofar as it is subject to Computer Freehold Register 149910 appurtenant to Computer Freehold Register 156955.

(2) Easement 405998.3 has become redundant insofar as it is subject to Computer Freehold Register CB24A/757 appurtenant to Computer Freehold Register 156955.

(3) Easement 557152.11 has become redundant insofar as it is subject to Computer Freehold Register CB27F/359 appurtenant to Computer Freehold Register 156955.

Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that, consequent on the dissolution of the above-named society on the 27th day of September 1993, its surplus assets be dealt with as follows:

(a) The land described in the Schedule hereto be vested in A. Duncan of Masterton or his nominee in consideration of payment of $40,110.00 inclusive of G.S.T. (if any); and

(b) the balance of funds held in any bank account in the above-named society’s name or on its behalf and of the proceeds of sale of the said land after payment of costs and disbursements be paid to the Wairarapa Smallbore Rifle Association Incorporated at Carterton.

This direction shall become final on the 22nd day of March 2005.

No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.

Schedule

An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 809 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 16692, being all the land identified as WN602/115 (Wellington Land Registration District).
