Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies
has directed that, consequent on the dissolution of the
above-named society on the 30th day of August 1960, its
surplus assets be dealt with as follows:

(a) The land described in the Schedule hereto be vested
in Andrew Grant MacPherson and Kim Marie
MacPherson, of Kaikoura, in consideration of
payment at current valuation plus G.S.T. (if any);
and

(b) the balance of the proceeds of sale of the said land
after payment of costs and disbursements be paid to
the Takahanga Tennis Club Incorporated at Kaikoura.

This direction shall become final on the 15th day of March
2005.

No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before
that date.

Schedule

An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing
1803 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited
Plan 2125, being all the land identified as MB52/248
(Marlborough Land Registration District).

Pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Agricultural Compounds
and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, the Director-General of
the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry hereby gives notice

General Use Claim:

For the vaccination of horses destined for export for
protection against Japanese Encephalitis Virus
infections.

Any person may make a written submission to the
Director-General, under section 17 of the Agricultural
Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, concerning
any application notified above.

Such submissions:

(a) must state in full the reasons for making the
submission;

(b) may state any decision sought on that application;

(c) must be received by the Director-General no later
than 30 working days after the date of notification in
the New Zealand Gazette; and

(d) should be forwarded to the address given below.

A copy of every submission will be forwarded to the
applicant for their information.
