Conservation Act 1987
Declaring the Disposition of Land to be Exempt
From Section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987
Under section 24B (4) (b) of the Conservation Act 1987, the
Minister of Conservation declares that the marginal strip
requirements set out in section 24 of the Act shall not apply
to the disposition of the land required in connection with
electricity works as the Aratiatia Power Station specified in
the Schedule hereto.

Revesting Act 1991
Amendment to a Notice of Approval for Land
to be Sold
Under section 13 of the Interpretation Act 1999 and section
5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting
Act 1991, I hereby correct an error in the notice giving
approval for land to be sold, otherwise disposed of or
modified dated the 24th day of June 2004 and published in
the New Zealand Gazette, 1 July 2004, No. 82, page 2073,
by omitting the words
"Computer Register 111/139"
from the notice and replacing them with the words
"Computer Register NA1111/139".
