Land: 3.5370 hectares, more or less, shown as Lot 1 on Land Transfer Plan 320564, being accretion to Parawai 7 Block (currently comprised in Computer Register SA27A/263).

Circumstances: The applicants are the owners of land with a boundary that is the bank of a lake. The applicants claim the position of their boundary has gradually shifted over time, with the result that land has been added to their property by a process of accretion. The applicants have applied to me to issue a correct Computer Freehold Register incorporating the accretion.
