The New Zealand Customs Service holds a confidential list of the Non-Injurious-Free-On-Board and Normal Value (Value for Duty Equivalent) amounts for the exporters covered by the Third Schedule to this notice. The suppliers listed also hold the confidential duty amounts relating to those companies. Non-Injurious-Free-On-Board amounts are set in NZ dollars and Normal Value (Value for Duty Equivalent) amounts are set in the currencies of the countries of origin of the goods, i.e., either Chinese yuan, Indonesian rupiah, Korean won or Thai baht.

Exporters for whom separate rates of duty have not been established may lodge a request, backed by the necessary supporting evidence, that separate rates of duty be established.

Amendment of Notice of Direction for Appointment of a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Aranui High School (323) and Notice of Direction for Appointment of a Second Limited Statutory Manager
Pursuant to section 78M of the Education Act 1989, I hereby amend the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 October 2004, page 3186, regarding the appointment of a limited statutory manager for the Aranui High School Board of Trustees because of risks to the operation of the school and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a second limited statutory manager for the Aranui High School Board of Trustees.
The following functions, powers and duties of the board are to be vested in the limited statutory managers:
- All functions, powers and duties of the board for financial management (whether statutory or otherwise);
- all functions, powers and duties of the board as an employer (whether statutory or otherwise);
- all functions, powers and duties of the board to manage all communications with or contact with the media (whether statutory or otherwise); and
- all functions, powers and duties of the board to manage communications and relationships within the school and between the school and its community (whether statutory or otherwise).
The limited statutory managers must also advise the board on the following:
- Consolidating all new and improved systems into board management practice; and
- property management.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.

Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Regulations 1998
Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Notice (No. 20) 2005 (No. F318)
Pursuant to Regulation 10 of the Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Regulations 1998, a senior fisheries management advisor of the Ministry of Fisheries (acting pursuant to a delegated authority in accordance with section 41 of the State Sector Act 1998) hereby gives the following notice.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Notice (No. 20) 2005.
(2) This notice shall come into effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Interpretation—In this notice:
(a) "customary food gathering" has the same meaning as defined in the Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Regulations 1998.
(b) "Tāngata Kaitiaki/Tiaki" means the person or persons appointed under Regulation 9 of the Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Regulations 1998 for the management of customary food gathering within the area/rohe moana.
(c) "area/rohe moana" means an area beginning on the coastline at Huarau (39°53.1′S and 176°58.1′E), then proceeding generally south-west following the coastline to the mouth of the Ouepoto Stream (40°08.9′S and 176°50.7′E), then proceeding generally south-east for 200 nautical miles to a point (41°25.0′S and 178°32.0′W), then proceeding generally north-east to a point (41°09.0′S and 178°22.0′W), then proceeding generally north-west for 200 nautical miles to the point of commencement.
- Cancellation of Tāngata Kaitiaki/Tiaki—The Kairakau Lands Trust, being the tāngata whenua who nominated Michael August as a Tāngata Kaitiaki/Tiaki for the area/rohe
