agreement has been signed between the Minister of
Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting
through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry
of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the
proprietor of the following school:

Holy Family School, Wanaka.

The said integration agreement was executed on 16 December
2005.

A copy of the integration agreement is available for
inspection without charge by any member of the public at
the national office of the Ministry of Education, Pipitea
Street, Wellington.

Resource Management Act 1991

The Resource Management (Approval of Powerco Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice (No. 1) 2005

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act
1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the
following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be
    cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Powerco
    Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice (No. 1) 2005.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after
the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  1. Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context
    otherwise requires, “line function services” has the same
    meaning as in section 2 (1) of the Electricity Act 1992.

  2. Approval as requiring authority—Powerco Limited
    is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section
    167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for its network
    utility operation of the supply of line function services.

Notice Declaring Places at Which Registers are to be Located and When They May be Inspected 2005 (No. F354)

Pursuant to sections 186K and 186ZE of the Fisheries Act
1996, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries
hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This is the Notice
    Declaring Places at Which Registers are to be Located
    and When They may be Inspected 2005.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 January 2006.

  1. Interpretation—In this notice:

(a) “the Registers” means the Fish Farmer Register and
the Aquaculture Agreement Register.

(b) “the chief executive” means the Chief Executive of
the Ministry of Fisheries.

  1. Ministry of Fisheries Nelson Office—The chief
    executive declares the following office of the Ministry
    of Fisheries to be a place at which the Registers are to
    be located:

Port Nelson

  1. Inspection hours of the Registers—The chief executive
    declares the Registers to be open for inspection by the
    public from 8.30 a.m. until 4.30 p.m. on any day, other than
    a Saturday, a Sunday or any public holiday observed in
    Nelson.

Fisheries (South Island Customary Fishing) Notice (No. 8) 2005 (No. F352)

Pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Fisheries (South Island
Customary Fishing) Regulations 1999, a Senior Fisheries
Management Advisor of the Ministry of Fisheries (acting
pursuant to a delegated authority in accordance with section
41 of the State Sector Act 1998) hereby gives the following
notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited
    as the Fisheries (South Island Customary Fishing) Notice
    (No. 8) 2005.

(2) This notice shall come into effect the day after the date
of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

  1. Interpretation—In this notice:

(a) “customary food gathering” has the same meaning
as defined in the Fisheries (South Island Customary
Fishing) Regulations 1999;

(b) “Tangata Tiaki/Kaitiaki” means the person or persons
appointed under Regulation 9 of the Fisheries (South
Island Customary Fishing) Regulations 1999 as
Tangata Tiaki/Kaitiaki for the area/rohe moana;
