Pursuant to section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, notice
is given that

Wellington International Airport

was approved on 12 December 2005, as a port of first arrival
into New Zealand for all types of aircraft.

The written notice of approval may be inspected free of
charge at the head office of the Ministry of Agriculture and
Forestry, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.

This approval:

(a) is for military aircraft, personnel and cargo; and

(b) does not include aircraft carrying fare paying
passengers (diversions and emergencies excepted).
