Pursuant to section 5 of the District Courts Act 1947 and
section 5 (1) of the Family Courts Act 1980, Her Excellency
the Administrator of the Government has been pleased to
appoint
Dominic Flatley, solicitor of Christchurch
to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and
criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand, and to exercise
the jurisdiction of the Family Courts on and from
8 December 2005.
