Kaikohe Christian School (1175) Board of Trustees
Parent Representative Election Invalidation Notice
Pursuant to clauses 9 (3) and 9 (3A) of the Sixth Schedule to
the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated
by the Minister of Education, I hereby declare invalid
the mid-term election for the parent representatives for the
Kaikohe Christian School Board of Trustees held on
28 October 2005, require a new election to be held
on 17 March 2006 and declare that the trustees holding
office on 28 October 2005 remain in office until the close
of the day before the day when the new trustees take office.
This notice takes effect on the day of notification.

Otago Regional Airshed Notice 2005
Pursuant to sections 43 and 360 (2) of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment makes the
following notice.
Notice

Title—This notice is the Otago Regional Airshed Notice 2005.

Commencement—This notice comes into force on 1 January 2006.

Airsheds established—(1) The areas listed in the Schedule comprise separate airsheds for the Otago Region as specified
by the Minister for the purposes of the Resource Management (National Environmental Standards Relating to Certain Air
Pollutants, Dioxins, and Other Toxics) Regulations 2004.
(2) Any areas within the Otago Region which are not covered by the separate airsheds described in this notice form a single
airshed for that region.
