Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 April 2002, which was granted under those Regulations to Phillipa Tapu in respect of Hinehou Te Kohanga Reo (20571) (02D033), situated at 65 Premier Avenue, Pt Chevalier, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 10 (9) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 June 2001, which was granted under those Regulations to David Wilson in respect of Skiwiland Creche (65033), situated at Mt Hutt Ski Area, Methven, Canterbury.

This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (b) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 January 2005, which was granted under those Regulations to Erehi Herewini in respect of Te Ao Aniwaniwa Rainbow World (10396), situated at 7 Winiata Terrace, Papakura Central, Auckland.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Joseph’s School, Feilding.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 2 November 2005.
