Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the following incorporated society ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

(1 September 2005).

With this publication such society is revived from the date of its dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.

Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand—Notice of Decision

(Revocation of Suspension)

The Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand resolved unanimously, pursuant to Rule 21.21 of the Rules of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand issued under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand Act 1996, on the 28th day of September 2005, to revoke the suspension of Del Kiwiroa Marshall, of the United Kingdom, from membership of the institute as previously ordered by the tribunal on the 19th day of May 2005.

Orders of the Tribunal

The disciplinary tribunal resolved that:

(a) Pursuant to Rule 21.21 of the Rules of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, the suspension of Del Kiwiroa Marshall be revoked; and

(b) Pursuant to Rule 21.35 of the Rules of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, directed that notice of the revocation of suspension be published in the Chartered Accountants Journal of New Zealand and the New Zealand Gazette.

Upon the grounds that:

Del Kiwiroa Marshall, who was suspended by reason of her bankruptcy in the United Kingdom, has now been discharged from bankruptcy.

Gerling Australia Insurance Company Pty Limited

Proposed Release of Deposit

Pursuant to the Insurance Companies’ Deposits Act 1953

Gerling Australia Insurance Company Pty Limited (hereinafter called "the company") has given notice to Public Trust that it has ceased to carry on the business of insurance in New Zealand and that it proposes to withdraw, pursuant to section 19 of the Act, the deposit which has been made by it with Public Trust.

Public Trust therefore gives notice, pursuant to section 19 (3) of the Act, that, being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for, it proposes to release to the company on or after the 1st day of November 2005, the amount deposited with Public Trust by the company.

Any objections to the release of the amount deposited should be lodged with the Public Trust at the Public Trust Office, 141 Willis Street, Wellington 1, on or before the 17th day of October 2005.
