Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for
inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder
or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to
whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at
the registered offices of that amalgamating company, being:

Hoki Fishery Management Company Limited,
Richards Woodhouse, 105 Trafalgar Street, Nelson.

Squid Fishery Management Company Limited, care
of Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young, First Floor,
AMP Centre, 1 Grey Street, Wellington.

The Orange Roughy Management Company Limited,
98 Vickerman Street, Nelson.

A shareholder of an amalgamating company, any creditor
of an amalgamating company or any person to whom
an amalgamating company is under an obligation is entitled
to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the
amalgamation proposal upon request to that amalgamating
company.

Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the easements
which became redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the redundant easements at the
expiry of one calendar month from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and provided that there
is no objection lodged by anyone before that date.

Application: 6501201.1.

Applicant: Her Majesty the Queen for justice purposes.

Redundant Easements: Right of way easements over part of the land in Computer Freehold Register 207976, appurtenant
to the land contained in Computer Freehold Registers 48219, 89996, 132421, 132422, 138134, 138135, NA101B/41,
NA123D/924 and NA123D/925, created by memoranda of transfers 298054.10 and 298960.3.

Circumstances: The dominant lands have been subdivided on a number of occasions which resulted in those parcels of land
becoming separated from the servient land.
