the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road
and shall vest in the Hamilton City Council on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and to
remain vested in the Hamilton City Council.

the Hurunui District Council on the date of publication of

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion
of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be
stopped.
(c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the stopped road
described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set
apart for recreation reserve and shall vest in the Crown
subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
