Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993

Declaring Crown Land and Stopped Road be Included in a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (2) of the Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Crown land and the stopped road described in the First and Second Schedules hereto are hereby declared to be included in the existing Māori reservation in respect of the land known as Section 2, Block XIII, Whitianga Survey District, and contained in Computer Interest Register 184991, which was set aside as a Māori Reservation as part of a marae site, urupā and place of historical interest for the common use and benefit of the Māori people of the district by notices published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 July 1983, No. 101, page 2180 (Gazette Notice 6197237.4) and New Zealand Gazette, 27 April 1990, No. 64, page 1402 (Gazette Notice 6197237.5).
