Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of August 2005,
William Guy Black and Kerryn Mark Downey, chartered
accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers
and managers of the property of Pack & Pedal Limited
(in receivership) under the powers contained in a security
agreement dated the 15th day of November 2004.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect
of all the company’s present and after acquired property
including all personal property.
