Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of August 2005, William Guy Black and Kerryn Mark Downey, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of CPI Retail Group Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 15th day of November 2004.
