Commodity Levies (Summerfruit) Order 2002
Notification of Rate of Levy
Summerfruit New Zealand Incorporated hereby advises
that, in accordance with clause 13 (1) of the Commodity
Levies (Summerfruit) Order 2002, the rates of levy for
the period commencing 1 September 2005 until further
notice, have been fixed by the industry at the annual
general meeting held on 29 July 2005.
The annual general meeting voted to increase the cherry
levy from 0.75% to 1%.
Peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots and the hybrids thereof
remain at 1.5%.
