Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve—Part Porritt Stadium, Hamilton City

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a recreation reserve to local purpose (drainage) reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.

New Zealand Avocado Growers’ Association

Commodity Levy Rates

Below are the commodity levy rates as approved by resolution at the annual general meeting of the New Zealand Avocado Growers’ Association on 23 July 2005:

  1. That the levy rate for avocado fruit sold into the domestic market be set at 3% for the period 1 May 2006 to 30 April 2007.

  2. That the levy rate for avocado fruit sold into the export market be set at 15 cents per 5.5kg trays for the period 1 May 2006 to 30 April 2007.

  3. That the levy rate for processed avocado fruit sold be set at 0% for the period 1 May 2006 to 30 April 2007.
