Meat Board Act 2004

Amendment to Quota Allocation Mechanism (Fee Schedule) Following Review—European Union (EU)
Sheepmeat and Goatmeat Tariff Rate Quota, EU High Quality Beef Tariff Rate Quota and United States
(US) Beef and Veal Tariff Rate Quota

The New Zealand Meat Board has reviewed its existing quota allocation mechanisms under the Meat Board Act 2004, being
mechanisms for the EU Sheepmeat and Goatmeat Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ), and US Beef and Veal TRQ (both dated
15 September 2004), and EU High Quality Beef TRQ (dated September 2002), and has agreed that the Fee Schedules in those
mechanisms will be amended pursuant to section 27 of the Act.

The Fee Schedules, contained in Appendix three, section 16 of the manuals which set out the mechanisms, will be replaced by
the following:

The following Schedule details fees charged for activities within the allocation system, commencing with all application fees
for the 2006 Quota Year and from 1 October 2005 for all other charges:
