requested by the system operator including evidence
the grid owner has agreed to the parallel connection.

(m) Removal of specific future policy directions by the
system operator, which are the Commission’s
business.

(n) Requirement that the system operator produce a
business performance charter that describes the
manner in which the system operator intends to
deliver the system operator services under the Rules.

(o) Removal of Part B explanatory notes from Schedule
C4, which are instead to be published on the system
operator’s web site.

Notice of Approval of Reflectorised Materials for Use on Traffic Signs

Pursuant to subclause 4.4 (7) of the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004, and pursuant to a sub-delegation to
me by the Director of Land Transport by an instrument dated the 18th day of February 2005, I, Robert Albert Gibson, Senior
Engineer, Land Transport New Zealand, hereby approve reflective materials listed in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 for the
purpose of traffic signage.
