hereby revokes the appointment of the Kohukohu Historic
and Arts Society Incorporated to control and manage the
historic reserve described in the Schedule, and appoints
the Kohukohu Conservation and Re-creation Society
Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve as a
historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
