Te Uri o Hau Claims Settlement Act 2002

Nohoanga Entitlements

Pursuant to section 77 (3) of the Te Uri o Hau Claims
Settlement Act 2002, the Minister of Conservation hereby
gives notice that nohoanga entitlements have been created
and granted to Te Uri o Hau on 15 November 2002 over the
land described in the Schedule hereto.

North Auckland Land District—Kaipara District

Schedule

1.0520 hectares, more or less, being Section 2 on SO 70272
(“the nohoanga entitlement land”) being adjacent to Lake
Mokeno (“the waterway”).

3563 square metres, more or less, being Section 3 on
SO 70272 (“the nohoanga entitlement land”) being adjacent
to Lake Whakaneke (“the waterway”).

1.0000 hectares, more or less, being Section 4 on SO 70272
(“the nohoanga entitlement land”) being adjacent to Kaipara
Harbour (“the waterway”).

Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003

Chiropractic (Fees) Notice 2005

Pursuant to Part 6, section 130 (1) of the Health Practitioners
Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is
given.

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be
    cited as the Chiropractic (Fees) Notice 2005.
    (2) This notice comes into force on 1 April 2005.

  2. Fee—The Chiropractic Board sets the following fee,
    payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedule.

  3. Tax—The fee is inclusive of goods and services tax.

Practising certificate fee for practitioners on the
Register of Chiropractors holding a practising
certificate in the year 1 April to 31 March
who purchase a certificate for the following
year after the expiration of their current
practising certificate (after 1 April) and who
are still practising after 1 April

$ 1,200.00

New Zealand Teachers Council Code of Ethics Notice

Pursuant to section 139AI of the Education Act 1989, the
New Zealand Teachers Council has published a code of
ethics.

The code of ethics prepared under the section referred to
above is binding on all teachers who hold a practising
certificate and on all authorised persons.

This code comes into force on 31 January 2005.

The code of ethics may be downloaded from the
