Reserves Act 1977
Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the lands described in the Schedule as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective description of the lands.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Gore District Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds of sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice
Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of error made in the notice described subsequently, the Community Relations Manager revokes the notice headed Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land dated the 14th day of November 2001 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 November 2001, No. 159, page 3893, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager, Auckland Conservancy, authorises the exchange of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Pursuant to section 338 (5) (b) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 January 1985, No. 1, page 16, is hereby cancelled.

Setting Apart General Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of establishing a place of commemoration for the common use and benefit of the whanau of David Thomas.
