While the restriction remains in force, Simon John Coulam is limited to work as an electrician and such work can only be undertaken by him working under the condition that when a certificate of compliance is required under the Electricity Regulations 1997 for his work, he shall furnish the Registrar with a copy of the certificate (for audit of that work at the Registrar’s discretion).

In addition, pursuant to section 127 (3) of the Act, Simon John Coulam was ordered to pay a fine of one thousand two hundred and fifty dollars ((1,250.00). The fine was to be paid by 24 December 2004.

Notice of Disciplinary Action Taken by the Electrical Workers Registration Board

The Registrar of the Electrical Workers Registration Board ("the board"), having been directed by the board, in accordance with section 139 of the Electricity Act 1992 ("the Act"), gives notice of the following registered electrical worker having been disciplined by the board, under Part 11 of the Act, and the effect of the order of the board under section 127 of the Act:

Ian Geoffrey Gambles, of Christchurch, registration E 15022, has been found guilty of a disciplinary offence. The board ordered, pursuant to section 127 (2) (g) of the Act, that Ian Geoffrey Gambles pay to the board a fine of one thousand two hundred and fifty dollars ((1,250.00). The fine was to be paid by 25 November 2004.

The Registrar of the Electrical Workers Registration Board ("the board"), having been directed by the board, in accordance with section 139 of the Electricity Act 1992 ("the Act"), gives notice of the following registered electrical worker having been disciplined by the board, under Part 11 of the Act, and the effect of the order of the board under section 127 of the Act:

Mark Moncrieff, of Auckland, registration E 16694, has been found guilty of a disciplinary offence. The board ordered, pursuant to section 127 (2) (g) of the Act, that Mark Moncrieff pay to the board a fine of seven hundred and fifty dollars ((750.00). The fine was to be paid by 13 August 2004.

Education

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (ii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 December 2004, which was granted under those Regulations to Susan Dobbs in respect of Rosetown Early Childhood Centre (34030), situated at 132 Teasdale Street, Te Awamutu.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 December 2001, which was granted under those Regulations to Julie Ann Hart in respect of Whare Punanga (55079), situated at 606 Lumsden Road, Akina, Hastings.
