Education Lands Act 1949

Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949, and
pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson
Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education
Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no
   longer required for education purposes.

2. This notice shall come into force on 12 August 2004.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Set Apart for Education Purposes—Part Ardkeen School, Wairoa District Council

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand,
declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice
to be set apart for education purposes and to remain vested
in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 65, Warwick Junction, Nelson

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which,
pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act
1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 65 and shall vest
in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.\n
(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described
in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described
in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken for
severance.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares that:

(i) the stopped road firstly described in the Second
Schedule and the severance land described in the
Third Schedule to this notice shall be amalgamated
with the land in Computer Register NL9A/957,
subject to mortgage 292666.4.

(ii) that the stopped road secondly described in the
Second Schedule to this notice shall be amalgamated.
