Dietitians (Fees) Notice 2004
Pursuant to Part 6, section 130 (1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
This notice sets out the fees to be charged by the Dietitians Board under the Act, from the commencement of Part 6, section 130 (1) of the Act on 18 September 2004.

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Dietitians (Fees) Notice 2004.
(2) This notice comes into force on 18 September 2004. -
Fees—The Dietitians Board sets the following fees, payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedule.

Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

| Issue of any other certificate or a copy of a certificate | 52.00 |
| Supply of a copy of entry in the Register | 30.00 |
| Supply of a document, other than certificate of registration, for the purpose of seeking registration overseas | 52.00 |
| Assessment for eligibility to sit examination (Overseas Candidates Registration Examination) | 250.00 |
| Sit examination (Overseas Candidates Registration Examination) | 250.00 |
| Restoration of name to the Register | 50.00 |

Food Standards Australia New Zealand—Variations to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (Amendment No. 73)

Preamble
The variations set forth in the Schedule below are variations to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (hereinafter called ‘the Code’) which was published by the National Health and Medical Research Council in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette, No. P 27, on 27 August 1987, and which has been varied from time to time.
These variations are published pursuant to section 23A of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991. -
Citation
These variations may be collectively known as Amendment No. 73 to the Code.

Commencement
These variations commence on the date of gazettal.

Correction of Typographical Error
Amendment No. 72 published on 20 May 2004 contained the following typographical error –
- On page 3 (Item [1]) – the instruction should have read ‘Standard 1.1.1 is varied by omitting subclauses 1(4), 1(5) and 1(6), substituting’.
