Airworthiness Directives
Pursuant to section 72I (3A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Geoffrey Neil Connor, Team Leader – Continuing Airworthiness, acting under a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products:

These airworthiness directives shall come into force on 29 July 2004.
Further, in accordance with section 72I (3C) (c), notice is given of the following airworthiness directives:
DCA/750XL/1 which came into force on 25 June 2004.
Airworthiness directives may be viewed on the CAA web site (www.caa.govt.nz) or at Aviation House, 10 Hutt Road, Petone.

Notice of Confirmation of Electricity Governance Amendment Rules (No. 1) 2004

Following advice from the Electricity Commission, pursuant to section 172E (3) (b) of the Electricity Act 1992, I notify that the Electricity Governance Amendment Rules (No. 1) 2004 ("the amendment rules"), which were made under urgency in accordance with section 172 (3) of the Act on 29 January 2004, will not be revoked, replaced or amended.

The reason why the amendment rules will not be revoked, replaced or amended is that no submissions received on the amendment rules identified any concerns that need to be addressed through the amendment rules being revoked, replaced or amended.

Copies of the rules may be inspected free of charge or purchased from the Electricity Governance Board (also known as the Electricity Commission), Level Seven, ASB Tower, 2 Hunter Street, Wellington.
