If the person is not receiving a Mission Subsistence Allowance from the United Nations, an amount of or between NZ$12.00 and NZ$54.90 per day set by the chief executive based on the location of deployment and the level of cost for that location having regard to Chapter 6, Annex A of Defence Force Order No. 5."
Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the amendment, but is intended to explain its general effect.
This amendment to the Defence Force Allowance Programme extends the programme to allow payment of operational and incidental allowances to New Zealand Defence Force personnel serving overseas on operations in support of “Operation MONITOR” and also corrects a numbering error in the Defence Force Allowance Programme (No. 2) 2003.
