Land Acquired for Road and Road to be Stopped—Medland Road, Great Barrier Island, Auckland City

Pursuant to Parts II and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA85A/235 (limited as to parcels), subject to all registered encumbrances.
