(e) Pursuant to section 114, declares that the land
described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be road and
vested in the Whangarei District Council on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portions of road described in the Sixth, Seventh, Eighth,
Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth and Thirteenth Schedules to
this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) the area described in the Sixth Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in Computer Register
NA76A/913, subject to telecommunications and
computer media easements in gross over the
areas marked "A" and "B" in favour of Telecom
New Zealand Limited, and electricity easements
in gross over the areas marked "B" and "C" on
SO 322547 in favour of Northpower Limited,
and memorandum of mortgage 5666278.1.

(ii) the area described in the Seventh Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in Computer Register
NA1859/93, subject to a telecommunications and
computer media easement in gross over the area
marked "D" in favour of Telecom New Zealand
Limited, electricity easements in gross over the
areas marked "D" and "E" in favour of Northpower
Limited, and a water easement in gross over the area
marked "F" in favour of the Whangarei District
Council, on SO 322547.\n
(iii) the areas described in the Eighth Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in Computer Register
NA834/170, subject to memorandum of mortgage
5575210.4, and subject to water easements in gross
over the areas marked "J", "K" and "L" in favour of
the Whangarei District Council, electricity easements
in gross over the areas marked "J", "K" and "L" in
favour of Northpower Limited, and right of way
over "L" in favour of Lot 1, DP 32014, Computer
Register NA834/170, on SO 322547.

(iv) the area described in the Ninth Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in Computer Register
NA88C/543, subject to memorandum of mortgage
C860797.3.

(v) the area described in the Tenth Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in Computer Register
NA88C/755, subject to an electricity easement
in gross over the area marked "Q" in favour of
Northpower Limited, on SO 322547.

(vi) the area described in the Eleventh Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in Computer Register
NA8A/676, subject to electricity easements in gross
over the areas marked "O" and "M" in favour of
Northpower Limited, on SO 322547.

(vii) the area described in the Thirteenth Schedule is
subject to an electricity easement in gross over the
area marked "P" in favour of Northpower Limited,
on SO 322547.

(g) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described
in the Fourteenth Schedule to be taken and vested in the
Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(h) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described
in the Fifteenth, Sixteenth and Seventeenth Schedules to
be taken and:

(i) the land described in the Fifteenth Schedule to this
notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer
Register NA834/170, subject to memorandum of
mortgage 5575210.4.

(ii) the land described in the Sixteenth Schedule to this
notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer
Register NA88C/755.

(iii) the land described in the Seventeenth Schedule
to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in
Computer Register NA8A/676, subject to an
electricity easement in gross over the area marked
"N" on SO 322547.
