Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares:

(i) the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Register TNL2/1020, subject to mortgage 480639.2.

(ii) the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Register TNL2/1019, subject to mortgage 480639.2.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares:

(i) the area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be severance and amalgamated with the land in Computer Register TNL2/1020, subject to mortgage 480639.2.

(ii) the area described in the Fifth Schedule shall be severance and amalgamated with the land in Computer Register TNL2/1019, subject to mortgage 480639.2.

Land Declared Limited Access Road—State Highway No. 3, Waihuka Stream, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
