Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert
Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be limited access road
which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand
Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State
highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of
publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares
the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to
be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall
be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register
NL42/54, subject to transfers 5038665.1 and 5038665.4
creating rights to convey water and mortgage 5079846.3.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares the
land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be
amalgamated with Computer Register NL42/54, subject to
transfers 5038665.1 and 5038665.4 creating rights to convey
