Merger of Hibiscus Coast Intermediate School (6931) and Whangaparaoa College (6763)

Pursuant to section 156A of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby declare that Hibiscus Coast Intermediate School
(6931) and Whangaparaoa College (6763) will merge on
28 January 2005.

Whangaparaoa College will be the continuing school and
will provide education for Year 7 to 13 students as from
that day.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting
under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 July 1999, which was
granted under those Regulations to Sheree Small in respect
of B4 Five Childcare – under 2’s (30054), situated at
106 Vickery Street, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
