Acquisition of Land for Waste Water Treatment Plant—Duffin Road, Waitakaruru, Hauraki District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a waste water treatment plant and shall vest in the Hauraki District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
