Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto and published in New Zealand Gazette, 3 April 2003, No. 34, page 912 and dated on the 20th day of March 2003, is hereby redefined by substituting the word:

Ngatihine

with

Ngati Hine Mutu.
