notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 (7) and
120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, shall be added to the

the Papakura District Council.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a
Reserve, and Specifying the Manner of Disposal
and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community
Relations Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the
Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation
over that part of the drainage reserve described in the
Schedule and declares the land may be disposed of by
the Upper Hutt City Council at current market value, the
proceeds of such sale to be paid into the council’s reserve
account to be used and applied in or towards the
improvement of other reserves under the control of
the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for
reserves.
