Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for motorway purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Furniss Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice are acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Register SA704/272, subject to the encumbrances thereon.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Register SA712/400, subject to the encumbrances thereon.

(d) Pursuant to sections 119 (1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be acquired for severance and shall vest in Computer Register SA712/400 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
