Classification of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation classifies the reserve, described in the
Schedule as a Government purpose (wildlife refuge) reserve.

Otago Land District—Dunedin City
1.32 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 24583.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Dated at Dunedin this 24th day of February 2004.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community
Relations Manager for the Wellington Conservancy,
Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation
as a local purpose (reservoir) reserve over the land described
in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed
of by the Wellington City Council in such a manner, and on
such terms and conditions as the council shall determine,
with any proceeds from any sale to be paid into the council’s
reserves account, to be used in or towards the improvement
of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or
towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

314 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 70342.

Change of Classification of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of
Conservation changes the classification of the reserve
described in the Schedule from a Government purpose
reserve for railway purposes to a recreation reserve, subject
to the provisions of the Act.

Southland Land District—Queenstown Lakes District
978 square metres, being Lot 4, D.P. 318631. All C.T. 73003.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of
Conservation changes the classification of the reserve
described in the Schedule from a Government purpose
reserve for railway purposes to a recreation reserve and
further vests the reserve in the Queenstown Lakes District
Council in trust for that purpose.
